除尘设备应用全过程中一直糊袋该怎么办

布袋式除尘器在应用全过程中，烟尘中带有水份，当运作溫度起伏或起停炉的全过程中溫度穿越重生酸漏点，会造成除尘布袋表层冷凝水，也有就是说打火时投油燃烧都是除尘设备糊袋的关键缘故。那么我们应该怎样来解决除尘器糊袋的问题呢。

It is inconvenient to solve the bag-pasting safety accident of bag filter, but it still has to be tried. Based on people's long-term social experience, countermeasures can be adopted:

单机版布袋除尘器（1）提升工作 溫度，提升对袋式除尘器滤袋的风干抗压强度（留意避免过热）；（2）提高高压气压力，一起在PLC上涨短脉冲电磁阀中间，室间及循环系统周期内的间隔时间，双竿齐下提升煤气发生炉除灰抗压强度和频率，并如此连续5~7天，将粘糊在滤袋上的积灰逐渐清理下来，使阻力恢复到正常状态。有条件时，要在停开排放机状态进行此高强度清灰。此法对中轻度的糊袋处理有效。
